NPD, a chance to celebrate Philanthropy in Community
I hope you will join me and nearly 300 of your colleagues in celebrating those philanthropic individuals who support our causes and to celebrate the profession of non-profit fundraising next month. On November 15, we will hold our National Philanthropy Day celebration to honor our donors, volunteers and benefactors and to recognize the impact of philanthropy across the Triangle area.
We received more than 40 NPD award nominations this year. Thanks to each of you who participated by making a nomination. AFP Triangle will honor winners in seven award categories who were selected by a committee of 12 nonprofit and community leaders . Watch for the announcement of our NPD winners coming soon!
You can honor your own organization’s outstanding volunteer or donor by sponsoring a table at the NPD awards luncheon. Click here for details. Registration is now open for the event, which will be held at Prestonwood Country Club on November 15 at 11:30 a.m.
