2015 has been a very busy year. As the days grow shorter and the holidays are coming into sight, it’s amazing how quickly this year is passing by. There is always much to do, but my focus remains on what matters: family, friends, community and philanthropy.
One of the great values we continue to receive is the openness and desire of people who want to help other people. We are preparing to celebrate National Philanthropy Day in the Triangle, to be held at The Frontier in RTP on November 5, 2015. There are many illuminating stories of creativity and inspiration that not only highlight our robust community of philanthropists, but also provide an opportunity for expanded awareness among other giving hearts in our community at large.
As always, our mission is to unite those engaged in the profession of fundraising and promote and maintain the highest standards of public service. The exchange of ideas and experiences is most definitely a learning opportunity for us all. I hope to see philanthropy in the Triangle continue to transform lives and bring about change.
All The Best,
Amy
