- Continuing Education: To get ahead, you have to stay current with new techniques and tools. AFP conferences offer an incredible selection of courses on everything from direct mail and the Internet to planned giving and board development, not to mention our acclaimed First Course and Survey Course in Fundraising. And many of these courses will help you achieve certification!
- Ethics: AFP's Code of Ethical Principles and Standards of Professional Practice is the measuring stick for the entire profession. Members can get information and advice on ethical dilemmas they face every day.
- Public Policy: What are federal and local governments doing that affect fundraising? Lots! AFP is committed to representing the fundraising profession on registration, disclosure, charitable deductions, and other issues related to philanthropy. We'll keep you informed and help you get involved.
